"...I thought the NE Shingo Conference was wonderful. It provided an excellent learning experience from all aspects. From learning what other organizations are doing, what their successes and shortcomings have been, learning from the speakers and presentations specific things we can take back to our own facilities, to having an excellent opportunity to network. I particularly liked the constant underlying theme...of "Go See" reminding us that CI is a constant learning journey requiring "Everybody, Everyday"."
